Wedding Rentals To Make Your Event Special

Outdoor weddings should feel effortless and polished—not “thrown together.” We help you build a full wedding setup that fits your guest count, site layout, and style: tenting, tables and chairs, linens, lighting, and add-ons like dance floors and clear-top options. Then we handle delivery, installation, and pickup so your day stays stress-free.

Our FAQ

Frequently Asked

Can you handle formal corporate setups (staging, AV-style needs, branded entrances)?

Yes—staging, pipe & drape, red carpet/stanchions, and lighting options are available depending on your event.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better for peak season dates, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on inventory and logistics.

Can you help us choose the right tent size for our guest count?

Yes—we’ll recommend a setup based on guest count, tables, dance floor, and spacing.

Do you offer clear-top tents?

Yes—clear-top options are available for specific sizes/events.

Do we need a permit for a wedding tent?

Sometimes. You’re responsible for permits, but temporary structure permits can be arranged for an additional charge.
